These Terms of Service govern your use of Expert Implied ("the Service"), a Chrome extension and associated backend provided by Expert Implied ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Expert Implied is a Chrome extension that analyzes public posts on X (Twitter) and surfaces implied investment signals — sectors and stocks that may be relevant based on the views expressed. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Expert Implied, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@expertimplied.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription at $9 per month.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its outputs.
- Circumvent rate limits or attempt to overload the Service's infrastructure.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use the Service to scrape or harvest data at scale beyond normal personal use.
6. No Investment Advice
The output of Expert Implied — including signals, sector implications, and stock references — is generated algorithmically for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a registered investment adviser. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
7. Third-Party Platforms
The Service analyzes publicly available content on X (Twitter). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to X Corp. Use of Expert Implied must comply with X's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for changes to X's platform that may affect the Service's functionality.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content comprising the Service is owned by Expert Implied and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription period.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis output. We are not liable for any investment losses, damages, or other harm arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expert Implied's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@expertimplied.com.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
